Yes, we will credit your account $50 if someone signs up for one of our services. You could get all of your cleanings for FREE if you just refer us to everyone. We really appreciate referrals!
No! You can cancel any time you wish. By agreeing to service you agree to our non-compete agreement and on-time payment commitment when you hire us.
At the time of service. You can leave a check on the counter or we can charge your credit card the day of cleaning.
No, tipping is not expected, but it is greatly appreciated for well done work.
No. Most of our clients give us a code and their alarm code or hide a key.
We love pets. If your pet get nervous we ask that you put them in safe space. So they will be less stressed.
We bring everything we need. Except a toilet bowl brush. If you prefer for us to use your equipment or chemicals let us know and we will update your customer file.
We clean Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You can pick an arrival time of either: 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. or 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
Give us 24 business hours notice of your change and we will reschedule or cancel your service.
Just tell us what day works best for you. We try to accommodate your requests.
Just call the day before to make your special requests and we will quote you a price for the additional time
Yes, a credit card is required to be added to your customer file
Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied we will return within 24 hours and re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.
