As we strive to deliver exceptional service, we may occasionally capture images of homes during the cleaning process, such as before-and-after comparisons, as well as for promotional purposes. We fully recognize that some individuals may hold concerns regarding the use of their photographs or videos. If you do not wish for us to utilize your visual content for promotional activities, kindly inform us, and we will honor your request without hesitation. Please rest assured that all images and videos used will be stripped of any personally identifiable information to ensure utmost confidentiality.
Getting ready for the cleaning:
We kindly request that you entrust the task of cleaning to our capable team. Prior to our arrival, we kindly ask that you refrain from engaging in any cleaning activities. However, it would be greatly appreciated if you could take a moment to ensure that dishes are put away and items are tidied up from the floor and surfaces. By doing so, you will contribute to the efficiency and thoroughness of our cleaning process. Moreover, this practice serves to safeguard your belongings from being misplaced or inadvertently damaged during the course of our cleaning and vacuuming. It is indeed optimal for our team to be able to work without any distractions, and your cooperation in creating an environment conducive to uninterrupted work would be highly valued. Please keep the following requests in mind for the day of your scheduled cleaning visit.
- Keep children and pets in a separate area. Usually, pets go lay down after the excitement has settled
- Set your thermostat at a comfortable temperature
- Secure all valuables including cash, jewelry, and medications
- Put away dishes and pick up clothing, toys, and other items from the floor
- Provide a safe walkway for our staff to enter your home especially when it snows
- Secure any pictures hung on the wall, top heavy items with unstable bases and wobbly or tippy objects
- Areas not normally cleaned are closets and laundry rooms.

Our operations may involve the use of equipment and substances that may pose potential risks to their well-being. While we understand the importance of pets in your home, we kindly request that you take necessary measures to secure any pets that may become overwhelmed, stressed, or potentially pose a threat during our cleaning procedures. Additionally, please be aware that our services do not include cleaning up after sick pets or attending to pet accidents.

- Toilet Brushes in every bathroom (Inside of toilet bowl will be skipped if a brush is not available)
- Trash Bags
- Specialty Cleaning Products: If there is a cleaning solution that you prefer, please let us know and we will be happy to use it in your home.
Access to your home
Ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery is of paramount importance to us. To that end, it is crucial that access to your home is granted on the designated service day. In the event that access is denied, we have implemented a 50% fee to cover the costs associated with this inconvenience. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it allows us to uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service. Please note that exceptions to this policy cannot be made following the initial occurrence. Thank you for your support!
Home Entry & Lock Out Policy:
Before the first visit, your home is waiting to be transformed into a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort!
To ensure our dedicated staff can swiftly enter your abode, we kindly request that you provide an entry method. Choose from the following options:
- Key Box: Securely house a key for our arrival.
- Hide a Key: Craftily conceal a spare key for our team to find.
- Code: Enlighten us with a secret code to unlock the door.
- I Will Let Them In: Gracefully grant us access to your domain.
In the rare event that our entry is delayed on the day of your scheduled cleaning, a $35 fee will be assessed. This includes unfortunate scenarios such as lock-outs due to alarms.
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that you provide us with a unique alarm code, even if it is not our primary mode of entry. This will allow us to disarm your security system effortlessly, should it be triggered during our time in your home. Your daily routine will remain blissfully undisturbed! Let us transform your space with our devoted care and attention to detail.
We wholeheartedly believe in maintaining a seamless and respectful collaboration with our valued clients. It is of utmost importance to honor our commitment to serve you efficiently. Therefore, in order to ensure a smooth workflow and uphold the integrity of our services, we kindly request a minimum of 24 “business hours” notice for any cancellations. As a result, a cancellation fee of $35 will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to provide you with the best possible experience.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that you provide a saved Credit Card for your customer file. Payment is expected at the time of service and can be conveniently made through various methods including cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
- If no payment is left or made then we will process your Credit Card
- Cash and check payments should be labeled and left on the kitchen counter for our staff to collect at time of service to avoid charging your credit card.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not required.
If you would like to offer a gratuity, we kindly request that you label it and make your check payable to Rocking Robins Maids LLC. It is customary to tip within a range of 10 to 15% of the fee before sales tax. Should you prefer to include the tip in your credit card payment, please notify our office at 812-226-9975. We greatly appreciate your support and are available to assist you with any further inquiries.
If you would like to include additional services such as refrigerator detailing, interior window cleaning, or pantry/cabinet cleaning, please ensure to contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning visit. Please note that there may be additional fees associated with these added services.

The fees associated with cleaning services are subject to modification with prior notification. Our utmost effort is made to provide an accurate estimate for the cleaning duration; however, variations may arise, resulting in a longer or shorter cleaning duration. In the event of any changes to the fees, we will inform you well in advance. Price adjustments occur periodically as part of our ongoing efforts to align our rates with operational costs.
Breakage or Damage:
We take great pride in ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of your home. In the course of our duties, we handle a wide range of items located within your residence. While we exercise utmost caution to prevent any damage, occasional accidents may occur despite our best intentions. Rest assured, we deeply regret any such incidents and are committed to promptly addressing them. In the event that our team inadvertently damages any belongings, we will promptly notify you and collaborate with you to determine the most appropriate course of action.
To mitigate the risk of damage, we kindly request that you relocate any unstable objects, delicate items, or valuables in advance. It’s important to note that we do not clean the interiors of curio cabinets, China cabinets, or wet bar shelves. If you prefer, we can altogether skip cleaning any area that you believe poses a risk to your belongings. Please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for damage to items that are inherently defective or improperly secured.
