No. We do not require long-term contracts, and you may cancel service at any time. However, by scheduling service with Rocking Robins Maids LLC, you agree to our standard policies, including our non-compete agreement (protecting our business and employees) and our on-time payment commitment. These policies ensure smooth scheduling, fair treatment for our team, and consistent service for all clients.
Payment is due on the day of service. While a credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments, you may choose to pay with cash, Venmo, Zelle, or a check at the time of your cleaning. If an alternate payment isn’t provided, the card on file will be charged automatically once the cleaning is completed.
Tipping is never required but always appreciated. Many clients choose to tip occasionally or include a standard amount with each visit.
No. Most clients provide a door code or key so we can clean while they’re away. You are welcome to stay home if you prefer — whatever makes you most comfortable.
Pets are welcome to stay home as long as they are comfortable with our presence. If your pet is anxious or territorial, we recommend securing them in a safe space during the cleaning.
We bring all cleaning products and tools needed for your appointment. For hygiene and safety, we use your carpet vacuum and your toilet bowl brush to prevent cross-contamination between homes.
We schedule cleanings Monday through Friday and assign routes based on your location. You’ll receive a consistent day and general arrival window once you join our recurring schedule.
We understand that schedules change. We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or skip your cleaning to avoid a cancellation fee.
Just contact our office, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. Availability may vary based on routes, but we always try to offer the closest possible alternative.
Please let us know ahead of time so we can adjust the schedule and estimate. Additional tasks may require extra time and may not fit into your regular appointment window without notice.
Yes. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and a card on file is required to secure any cleaning service. Clients may still pay with cash, Venmo, Zelle, or a check, but the stored card ensures smooth scheduling, prevents last-minute cancellations, and allows for automatic billing if another payment method is not provided.
