What we do ask is that you put away personal belongings before your appointment. Clothing, toys, dishes, paperwork, and other items should be picked up so the surfaces and floors included in your cleaning are accessible.

There’s an important difference:

You pick up. We clean.

We don’t provide organizing or general tidying, and we don’t want to spend the time you’ve reserved for professional cleaning sorting through belongings.

When things are put away, your Cleaning Technician can focus on the dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and other cleaning included with your service.

So don’t clean for us.

Just give us room to clean for you.

That distinction is important because not every appointment is supposed to be the same.

A Basic Cleaning has a different purpose than a Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Deep Cleaning. Recurring service is designed to maintain your home on an ongoing schedule.

We’ll email your cleaning checklist when you book so you can see what’s included before your appointment.

Professional Products for Professional Cleaning

Different surfaces and different cleaning jobs don’t always call for the same product.

Our Cleaning Technicians use professional cleaning products selected for the work being performed, including Red Juice and Blue Juice for many everyday cleaning tasks. We also use bleach-based products where appropriate.

We’re not going to tell you everything in your home can be properly cleaned with one bottle of “all-natural” cleaner just because it sounds good on a website.

We use products based on the cleaning job and follow our established cleaning procedures.
